Let me tell you a story...

Oh, all right. You want my résumé, so you can have my résumé.

The thing is, I've never really been happy with résumés, mine or anybody else's. The pictures they paint are so lifeless. I've been working with computers and electronic technology for half a century. There's a lot that can happen in a long and varied career that doesn't show up in three pages of standardized career description.

So, yes, please, look at my résumé. You'll find that I walk on water, move mountains, and boil oceans with the best of them. But that won't tell you what happens, the way I think, when I'm working on projects. That kind of picture requires a richer tapestry.
